Terms and Conditions (New Year Bash 2024)
1.Tickets once purchased cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned unless event is cancelled, moved to another date. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket, would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation
2. Duplicate tickets will not be issued for lost or stolen tickets. This ticket purchased is entitled, to ENTRY, Unlimited Food to the event. Drinks can be purchased Ala Carte based on your preference.
3.Carrying Govt. ID cards is mandatory.
4. No refunds will be done.
5. Organizers nor the Management takes responsibility of kids attending this event. Its whole and sole responsibility of the guest getting kids along with them. Kids above 12 years will be charged on actual price.
6. Organizers and Management reserve the right to perform security check on invitees/members of audience at the entry point for security reasons.
7. Organizers or any of its agent, officers, and Management shall, not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses or cost suffered at, or as a result of the event of any part of it.
8. Consumption and sale of illegal substances is strictly prohibited in the venue.
9. Valet Service Based on Availbility.
10. Lucky Draw winner will be announced based on Voucher Number.
